What We Offer

  • Full Property Turnover Cleaning

    • Bedroom: Bed making with fresh linens (if provided), dusting, wiping, vacuuming

    • Bathroom: Disinfecting toilet, sink, shower/tub, mirrors, replacing toilet roll

    • Kitchen: Surface cleaning, wiping appliances, sink cleaning, bin emptying

    • Living/Dining Area: Dusting, wiping surfaces, fluffing cushions, floor vacuum/mop

 

  • Sanitization of High-touch Areas

    • Light switches, doorknobs, remotes, handles, thermostats

 

  • Final Guest Presentation

    • Folding towels, aligning items, light scenting (if permitted), room staging

 

  • Full Property Turnover Cleaning

    • Bedroom: Bed making with fresh linens (if provided), dusting, wiping, vacuuming

    • Bathroom: Disinfecting toilet, sink, shower/tub, mirrors, replacing toilet roll

    • Kitchen: Surface cleaning, wiping appliances, sink cleaning, bin emptying

    • Living/Dining Area: Dusting, wiping surfaces, fluffing cushions, floor vacuum/mop

 

  • Inventory & Supply Replenishment Check (Host-Provided)

    • Checking and reporting low stock of essentials like toiletries, coffee, tea, towels, etc.

    • Restocking where supplies are available on-site

 

  • Damage & Maintenance Reporting

    • Taking note of broken items, missing amenities, or property damage

    • Alerting host or property manager immediately

 

  • Photographic Evidence (on request)

    • Before/after cleaning photos sent to host for remote property management

 

❌ What We Don't Offer

  • Deep Cleaning Services

    • No oven or extractor fan cleaning, mold removal, or stain removal

    • Carpet shampooing, heavy-duty degreasing or wall washing must be pre-booked separately

 

  • Laundry and Linen Supply

    • We do not wash or dry linens on-site unless this is arranged as a separate service

    • We do not provide linen or towel sets unless the host has a supply in-house

 

  • Maintenance & Repairs

    • We do not perform handyman tasks (bulb changes, plumbing, furniture assembly)

 

  • Guest Interaction & Key Management

    • We do not manage guest check-in/check-out or key handovers unless handled by a property manager

 

  • Handling Hazardous Conditions

    • We do not clean in environments with blood, pests, biohazards, or hoarding situations

    • Such conditions require specialist cleaning teams

 

  • Restocking from External Stores

    • We do not go shopping or restock items from outside; restocking is done only from host-supplied items already in the property
